Hi! I'm Miriam the designer and creator of Hello Darling Co. I have been hand making goods made in Manitoba for the past three years. Last year I left the corporate world to pursue my creative dream full time. I was happy to open up a well received pop up shop this past summer called "Mothership" where myself and 6 other mother makers and artists to sold our goods.
I most recently opened a shared studio space downtown and am proud to connect with clients there as well as a few boutiques in Winnipeg and across Canada. I participate in locally in maker panels, maker podcasts, workshops and have been fortunate to have had my work shown in the Winnipeg Free Press and Winnipeg Sun.
Hello Darling's design process is a one woman show, from the careful curation of textiles, using fabrics manufactured in Canada and the United States, to the design, execution and construction, it all starts and ends with me! I take great pride in every step and important detail in terms of the product created.
Hello Darling continues to grow and evolve, most recently rebranding into women's statement headwear and accessories. Every piece is conceptualized and created thoughtfully by hand to ensure good quality and a one of a kind accessory. I am honoured in the confidence women feel in being seen and standing out with Hello Darling.
